Fidel Flamini

Fidel Flamini is a trained Architect with over 30 years of experience in real estate project management, encompassing every stage from land evaluation and architectural design to promotion, construction, and project delivery. His extensive background provides Key Site Developers with a strong foundation in both the creative and technical aspects of real estate development.
Mr. Flamini began his career in Venezuela, where he owned and operated his own architectural and construction firm for more than 18 years. During this time, he developed a deep and practical understanding of the construction business, successfully leading a wide range of residential and commercial projects from inception through completion.
Since relocating to Miami over 20 years ago, Fidel has continued to apply his expertise across numerous real estate ventures throughout South Florida. His roles have included evaluating investment opportunities, acquiring land and properties, developing architectural and interior design concepts, and overseeing construction coordination and supervision. His comprehensive approach ensures that each project is carefully assessed and executed with attention to both design excellence and investment performance.

Luis Marquez is a Civil Engineer with an MBA, a Licensed Realtor®, and a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership across operations, finance, sales, marketing, IT, and business development. His career includes more than seven years of C-level experience, with a proven track record of delivering results across Latin America—particularly in Venezuela and Mexico—as well as the United States.
Luis brings a rare combination of corporate leadership, real estate expertise, and entrepreneurial drive to Key Site Developers. Under his direction, the firm specializes in construction management and strategic property development, delivering high-quality, cost-efficient projects across South Florida. He leads every aspect of project execution—from site evaluation and planning to budgeting, scheduling, and final delivery—ensuring that each development meets or exceeds expectations for timeline, quality, and ROI.
His certifications as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Professional Property Management Certification (PPMC), and Property Marketing Professional Expert (PPME) strengthen the firm’s capabilities in property analysis, investment strategy, and portfolio management. Luis also oversees the property management division, where his operational expertise supports clients in maximizing asset performance and long-term value.
Prior to founding Key Site Developers, Luis held senior leadership roles in industries including retail, media, and digital publishing. His broad industry perspective enhances the firm’s ability to navigate complex projects and drive execution with strategic clarity. He is known for connecting high-level vision with detailed operational execution, building long-term relationships, and fostering high-performing teams.
Luis has also contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor at IESA and Universidad Metropolitana, where he taught business strategy and management, reinforcing his belief in continuous learning and leadership development.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Luis offers a multicultural approach to business, supported by strong communication skills and a deep understanding of real estate market cycles and investment dynamics.
